In this work, we introduce a production-ready AI agent module that acts as a real-time drilling co-pilot, continuously ingesting downhole telemetry, respecting operational constraints and economic considerations, and recommending the optimal drill bit as conditions evolve. This study presents an innovative artificial intelligence (AI) agent that leverages advanced machine learning techniques, specifically utilizing Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) and Random Forest (RF) algorithms, to enhance the real-time selection of drill bits as informed by the International. 175mm in outer diameter, which is suitable for circuit boards containing paper materials, including epoxy paper, phenol epoxy glass and multi-layer.
